Effective Date: April 25, 2025
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Trimmr LLC ("Company"). By accessing or using the application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Access to this App is restricted to designated employees, contractors, or agents of Trimmr LLC who have been granted permission to use the App. Authorized access is subject to the terms of your agreements or contracts with the Company. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for internal business purposes only.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the App; (c) transfer, sublicense, or distribute the App without prior written consent from the Company.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate the terms of this Agreement or your associated agreements/contracts with the Company.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information you may access through the App, and not to disclose such information without the Company’s prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Company may modify or update this Agreement at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
